Merchandise Planing and Control

The course primarily centered around merchandise mathematics, allowing me to craft a Six Month Strategy. Throughout the course, I acquired skills in generating Excel Spreadsheets that revolve around retail sales data and various other metrics. This experience deepened my comprehension of how numerical data collaborates with diverse components within a Six Month Plan, and it granted me a new perspective on the merchandising process from a buyer's vantage point.
