Fashion Merchandising
Throughout this course, I gained insight into the relationship between planning and allocation, a critical element in sustaining a thriving merchandising unit. Our final project consisted of a group-based ISU Collegiate Merchandising Project, which challenged us to create a brand that could be included in ISU bookstores. During this project, not only I put my merchandise mathematics expertise to use but also applied my CAD proficiency to craft illustrations and line sheets. I used my understanding of textiles and trends to formulate textile, color, and inspiration boards.
