Fashion Shows
Having participated in the Illinois State Fashion Show for two consecutive years, I have been honored with both judges' awards and fan favorite awards. My collections have received praise for their unique, timeless designs and impeccable craftsmanship, and I take great pride in showcasing them on the official runway. I am thrilled to continue working on new projects and furthering my passion for fashion.
Collection 2023
The concept behind this show was for designers to select one or more elements or principles of design to serve as the foundation for their collections. With the intention of incorporating the rainbow into my ELEMENT collection, I embarked on extensive preparation and research that spanned several months. The process began with sketching and brainstorming ideas that I envisioned being part of my collection. Eventually, I settled on the concept of opening the runway show with black and concluding with a bridal piece, aligning with my chosen elements of colors, forms, and lines.
The design journey extended over 3 months, involving the sourcing of raw materials and both machine and hand sewing techniques. This collection stands as a representation of the dedication and hard work I have invested in my program and my passion for fashion.

Collection 2022 | The Future is NOW!
During the 21st Illinois State Fashion Show, designers were posed with a significant question: "What do you envision for the future of fashion?" This inquiry sparked a flurry of thoughts, generating numerous ideas about where the fashion industry could be headed. Gradually, it dawned on me that the very essence of fashion's future resides in the present moment. This revelation became the cornerstone of my collection's concept. I aimed for this collection to emanate elegance, blending seamlessly with romantic and floral elements, all while infusing a touch of female empowerment. The design process spanned two months, demanding considerable patience as I deftly navigated both draping and flat pattern techniques with adding handmade accessories. Through dedication and persistent effort, the collection gradually took shape, crystallizing after countless days of meticulous work.
